よくある間違い

  argue の後に人を直接置いて内容を続けることはできません。「人に反論する」と言う場合は argue with someone とします。

  that は省略されることもありますが、学習者向けには内容を明確に示す argue that の形が一般的です。

  people 自体が複数形なので、通常は peoples とはしません。peoples は複数の民族・国民を指す場合などに使います。
