  on condition of の後ろには名詞や動名詞を置きます。主語と動詞のある節を続ける場合は on condition that を使います。

  この意味では前置詞 in ではなく on を使います。

  ○ on condition of receiving approval

  that の後ろには主語と動詞のある節を置きます。動名詞 receiving を続ける場合は of を使います。
