職場で、研修・手続き・安全対策などへの参加や実施が必須だと、担当者に全員へ周知してもらう時に使います。はっきりした業務連絡なので、指示として使えますが、相手や状況によっては少し強く響きます。丁寧に依頼したい場合は、Could you notify everyone that ... is required? などが適しています。

よくある間違い

  tell everyone の後には、伝える内容を通常の語順で続けます。

  must は助動詞なので is must とは言いません。必要性を形容詞で述べる場合は mandatory などを使います。
