  この構文では、形式主語のitを置く必要があります。

• ✕ If you are beginner, is it easier doing this?

  beginnerは可算名詞なのでaが必要で、is it easierの後ろでは通常to doの形を使います。

通常は失礼ではありません。ただし、相手の状態を決めつけるように聞こえないよう、必要ならIf you happen to be ~（もし〜であれば）などに言い換えることもあります。
