よくある間違い

• ✕ Please refer the following agenda.

  ○ Please refer to the following agenda.

  refer の後には前置詞 to が必要です。

• ✕ Please refer to below agenda.

  ○ Please refer to the agenda below.

  この意味では agenda の前に the を置き、below は名詞の後ろに置くのが自然です。

• ✕ Please look the following agenda.

  ○ Please look at the following agenda.

  look の後に対象を置く場合は、前置詞 at が必要です。

失礼ではありません。少しかたい文書表現なので、親しい相手とのカジュアルな会話では Please see the agenda below. のほうが自然な場合があります。
