よくある間違い

• ✕ The station is ahead us.

  ○ The station is ahead of us.

  ahead of us のように、位置関係を表す場合は ahead の後ろに of が必要です。

• ✕ The station is in ahead of us.

  ○ The station is ahead of us.

  ahead of の前に in は置きません。

• ✕ The pharmacy is ahead from the supermarket.

  ○ The pharmacy is ahead of the supermarket.

  位置関係を表す場合は from ではなく of を使います。
