よくある間違い

• ✕ Ten minutes before the class start.

  ○ Ten minutes before the class starts.

  三人称単数の主語 the class の後ろでは、動詞は starts とします。

• ✕ Ten minutes before starts the class.

  ○ Ten minutes before the class starts.

  before の後ろに主語を置き、その後に動詞を続けます。

• ✕ Ten minutes ago the meeting starts.

  ○ The meeting starts in ten minutes.

  未来の開始までの時間には ago ではなく in を使います。
