「理解不能」の英語
「理解不能」は英語で incomprehensible と言います。名詞なら incomprehensibility、発話や筆跡などが判別できない場合は unintelligible または unintelligibility が使えます。
「理解不能」の英語の使い分け
内容や意味が理解できない状態を広く表す、やや硬い名詞です。
The incomprehensibility of the instructions confused new users.
発話や録音、筆跡などが聞き取れず、または読めず、意味が伝わらない場合に使います。
「理解できない」「意味不明な」という形容詞で、会話でも使います。

× Understanding is impossible.

日本語を直訳した表現より、形容詞で自然に表すほうが一般的です。
× The instructions are incomprehensibility.
○ The instructions are incomprehensible.
状態を表す名詞 incomprehensibility ではなく、主語の状態を説明する形容詞 incomprehensible を使います。
