「説明責任」の英語
「説明責任」は英語で accountability と言います。企業や組織が判断や行動を説明し、必要なら責任を負う場面で使います。また、be answerable は説明を求められた際に答える義務を強調する、やや硬い表現です。

× The company has explanation responsibility.
○ The company must demonstrate accountability.
説明責任は直訳せず、組織の責任を表す accountability を使うのが一般的です。
× The manager must do accountability.
○ The manager must be accountable for the decision.
accountability は do と組み合わせず、demonstrate accountability や be accountable for のように使います。
