「自己中心性」の英語
「自己中心性」は英語で self-centeredness と言います。心理学や硬い文章では egocentrism、自分の感情に没頭する意味なら self-absorption、利益を優先するなら selfishness が自然です。

× He has an egocentrism.
○ He shows egocentrism.
egocentrism は通常、数えない名詞なので an は付けません。また、「自己中心性を示す」は show egocentrism とするのが自然です。

○ His self-centeredness made teamwork difficult.
