「管理上」の英語

「管理上」は英語で from a management perspective と言います。組織や事業を管理する観点から見て、方針や方法の妥当性を述べるときに使う自然な表現です。文脈によっては、administratively（事務・行政上）や operationally（運用上）も使えます。

管理の観点から判断することを明確に示す、最も一般的で自然な言い換えです。
From a management perspective, this plan is easy to follow.
管理の観点から見ると、この計画はわかりやすいです。
from an administrative standpoint
事務手続きや制度の運用など、行政・事務面について述べるときに使います。
From an administrative standpoint, the application process is simple.
事務手続きの面では、その申請手続きは簡単です。
operationally
実際の運用や業務の進め方という面に焦点を当てて述べます。
Operationally, the new system is reliable.
運用上、新しいシステムは信頼できます。
from a managerial standpoint
管理者の立場・判断という観点を表す、やや硬めの表現です。
From a managerial standpoint, the proposal is practical.
管理者の立場から見ると、その提案は実用的です。

The approach proved managerially sound.

その手法は管理上、妥当だと証明された。

組織や事業の管理・運営の観点から行われることを示し、例文のように方針や方法の妥当性を述べるときに使われる

manageriallyは、名詞manager（管理者）から形容詞managerialが作られ、さらに副詞化の接尾辞-lyが付いて「管理上」の意味になった。

管理上の妥当性を表すには、直訳的な in management ではなく、from a management perspective と sound を使うのが自然です。
× managemently

○ from a management perspective

managemently は一般的な英語ではありません。「管理の観点から」は from a management perspective と表せます。
