「問答法」の英語
「問答法」は英語で the Socratic method と言います。哲学や教育で、質問を重ねて相手の考えや答えを引き出す方法です。dialectics は対立する主張を検討する弁証法を指し、少し意味が異なります。

質問を重ねて相手自身の考えや答えを引き出す、最も一般的な表現です。
教育や哲学で、問いかけによって本人の中にある考えや答えを引き出す専門的な表現です。
