「修辞的」の英語
「修辞的」は英語で rhetorical と言います。比喩的という意味に限る場合は figurative、文体や表現上の特徴について述べる場合は stylistic を使います。
「修辞的」の英語の使い分け
文字どおりでない比喩的な表現や言い回しに使います。「修辞的」が「比喩的」という意味の場合に相当します。

rhetoric は名詞で、「修辞的な」という形容詞には rhetorical を使います。また、この意味では rhetorical expressions より rhetorical devices のほうが自然です。
× This sentence is stylistic, not literal.
○ This sentence is figurative, not literal.
文字どおりでないという意味には stylistic ではなく figurative を使います。
