「不受理」の英語
「不受理」は英語で rejection と言います。申請や書類が受け付けられないことを一般的に表す語で、平易には not accepted、正式な拒否には refusal to accept も使えます。裁判で証拠などが認められない場合は inadmissibility という法律用語を使います。

「不受理」を英語にするときのよくある間違い
× The office gave me an inadmissibility.

inadmissibilityは主に裁判で証拠などが認められない状態を表す名詞です。申請の不受理には reject や rejection を使います。
× I did nonacceptance my application.
○ My application was not accepted.
