「不完全」の英語
「不完全」は英語で incomplete と言います。部品や情報が足りないときに広く使え、unfinished は作業が終わっていない場合、imperfect は完璧ではない場合に使います。
「不完全」の英語の使い分け
部品、情報、内容などが足りず、全体として不完全な状態に使います。
作業や計画がまだ終わっておらず、完成前であることを表します。
The building is still unfinished.
完璧ではないものの、必ずしも使えないとは限らない場合に使います。

The engineer found the uncomplete design unsafe for production.
エンジニアはその設計を不完全だと判断し、量産には適さないとした。
