「被害妄想」の英語

「被害妄想」は英語で paranoia と言います。医学的に正確に述べるなら persecutory delusions が一般的で、delusions of persecution も使われます。日常会話の paranoia は「疑い深さ」や「被害意識」の意味にもなります。
