「自己吸収的」の英語

「自己吸収的」は英語で self-centered と言います。自分を基準にして他人より自分を優先する、人間関係での性格や態度を表します。文章でも会話でも使える一般的な表現です。

人間関係で自分を優先する態度を、広く表します。
He realized his self-centered attitude had hurt his friends.

self-absorbed
自分の考えや感情に夢中で、周囲が見えない状態です。

自分の立場や考えを基準にし他者より自己を優先する態度

self-centeredは、self（自分）＋centered（中心に置かれた）からできた語で、自分を基準に物事を考える性質を示す。

形容詞としては self-centered を使います。self-center は通常、この意味の形容詞としては使いません。
