「特効薬」の英語
「特効薬」は英語で a wonder drug と言います。病気を劇的に治す薬なら miracle cure も使え、比喩的な決定策なら magic bullet や silver bullet が自然です。panacea は、あらゆる問題に効く万能策という意味のやや硬い語です。
