実際の罪

「実際の罪」の英語

「実際の罪」は英語で actual sin と言います。ただし、actual sin は主にキリスト教・神学で、original sin（原罪）と対比して使われる表現です。日常的に「実際に犯した罪」と言うなら a sin actually committed、法律上の不正行為なら the offense actually committed などが自然です。

× He did an actual sin.

○ He committed an actual sin.

罪を犯すという意味では、do ではなく commit を使います。ただし、actual sin 自体は主に神学で使われる表現です。
× The court proved his actual sin.

○ The court proved that he had committed the offense.

actual sin は通常の法律用語ではありません。裁判で実際に犯した犯罪を表すなら、the offense he committed などのほうが自然です。
