hierarchy は名詞なので、会社と階層の関係を表すには have を使います。be動詞を使うなら There is no hierarchy in the company. とします。
× The company has a nonhierarchy structure.
○ The company has a nonhierarchical structure.
「非階層的な」という形容詞は nonhierarchy ではなく nonhierarchical です。
