「賛辞演説」の英語
「賛辞演説」は英語で tribute speech と言います。一般的な公式スピーチにはこの表現が使え、亡くなった人を悼む演説には eulogy、修辞学上の専門用語としては epideictic oratory が使われます。

compliment は個別の褒め言葉で、公式な演説には通常使いません。

eulogy は基本的に亡くなった人への追悼演説なので、存命の人をたたえる演説には通常使いません。
