「略式判決」の英語
「略式判決」は英語で summary judgment と言います。民事訴訟で、重要な事実に争いがない場合などに、正式な審理を経ずに裁判所が判断を下す手続きです。summary judgement という別綴りが使われることもありますが、summary judgment が一般的です。
