日本語を直訳して narrow heart とするのは不自然です。人の性格を表す形容詞 narrow-minded を使います。
× He is close mind.
○ He is closed-minded.
形容詞は closed-minded または close-minded です。close mind のように名詞をそのまま形容詞として使いません。
