「優先取得者」の英語

「優先取得者」は英語で the holder of a right of first refusal と言います。これは、他の人より先に購入できる契約上の権利を持つ人を指します。preemptor という語もありますが、比較的まれで専門的です。

英語ではpreemptorという名詞は比較的稀で、軍事の先制攻撃や取引上の優先取得など特定の文脈で用いられ、日常では動詞preemptや形容詞preemptiveがよく使われる
