「相対的に評価する」の英語

「相対的に評価する」は英語で evaluate ... relative to ... と言います。文脈や背景を踏まえて評価するなら assess ... in context、別の対象と直接比べるなら compare ... with ... も使えます。relativise は「相対化する」という意味の、やや硬い学術的な表現です。
