「理解しやすさ」の英語
「理解しやすさ」は英語で ease of understanding と言います。日常的には easy to understand、文章や説明についてやや硬く言う場合は comprehensibility が使えます。情報やサービスの利用しやすさには accessibility を使います。

日常的で自然な言い方で、内容や説明が分かりやすいことを表します。
文章や説明の理解しやすさを表す、やや硬めの名詞です。

情報やサービスに誰でも到達して利用できることを表します。文脈によっては、障害のある人にも利用しやすいことを含みます。

語源
accessibilityは、英語のaccess、意味は近づく・利用するに由来し、名詞化の接尾辞-ibilityが付いてできた語で、だれも場所や情報、サービスを利用できる状態を指すようになった。

understandability は存在する語ですが一般的ではなく、この場合は easy to understand のほうが自然です。
× The accessibility of this paragraph is excellent.
○ The comprehensibility of this paragraph is excellent.
文章の内容が理解しやすいことには、利用全般を表す accessibility より comprehensibility のほうが適切です。
