内規

「内規」の英語

「内規」は英語で internal rules と言います。社内向けの指針なら in-house guidelines、具体的な作業手順をまとめた文書なら operating procedures や operations manual が自然です。

internal rules
会社や組織の内部で守る規則を幅広く指す標準的な表現です。
Employees must follow the internal rules on data security.
従業員はデータセキュリティに関する内規に従わなければなりません。

社内向けの指針や目安を示す、やや柔らかい表現です。

内規は会社のデータ処理手順を概説する。

従業員が従うべき具体的な手順や業務上の規則を文書で示したものを指す

Naikiは、日本語の語「内規」のローマ字表記で、内＝内部、規＝規則の組み合わせから組織内の運用ルールを意味する語として成立している。
