「会計上」の英語

「会計上」は英語で from an accounting perspective と言います。文脈によっては for accounting purposes や in accounting terms も使えます。

from an accounting perspective
会計の観点から見た場合に使う、最も一般的で自然な仕事向けの表現です。
Please review the proposal from an accounting perspective before Friday's meeting.
金曜日の会議までに、その提案を会計の観点から確認してください。
for accounting purposes
会計処理や記録の目的で何かを扱うときに使う表現です。
For accounting purposes, we recorded the payment as a business expense.
会計上、その支払いを事業経費として記録しました。
in accounting terms
会計の用語や基準で考えると、という意味のやや硬い表現です。
In accounting terms, this purchase is an asset rather than an expense.
会計上、この購入は費用ではなく資産です。
financially
会計に限らず、お金や財務の面でという広い意味で使う一般的な副詞です。
The project is still viable financially.
そのプロジェクトは会計・財務の面ではまだ実行可能です。

The committee delayed the decision in fiscal matters until experts could advise.

委員会は専門家の助言が得られるまで、財政上の決定を延期した。

政府や組織の収支・予算・金銭に関する事柄について述べる表現

in fiscal mattersは、in（〜において）＋fiscal（ラテン語fiscus「金庫・財務」由来）＋matters（事柄・問題）から成る前置詞句で、金銭に関する事柄を指す表現になった。

「会計上」を機械的に in accounting とせず、財務状態が健全だと言うなら the financial position is sound が自然です。

○ The decision was sound from an accounting perspective.

in fiscal matters はこの意味では使いません。会計の観点から判断が適切だったと言うなら from an accounting perspective が自然です。
