「文の」の英語
「文の」は英語で sentence と言います。名詞を修飾する場合は sentence structure（文の構造）のように使うのが一般的で、sentential は言語学や論理学などで使われる専門語です。

言語学・論理学で、文や命題の構造・性質を表す専門語です。
sentence-level
「文単位の」という意味で、文単位の分析や誤りを説明するときに使う表現です。
名詞を前から修飾して「文の」を表す一般的な語です。たとえば sentence structure は「文の構造」という意味です。
