○ The company gave several firms nonexclusive licenses.

複数の企業にライセンスを与える場合は、通常 nonexclusive licenses とします。exclusive は「独占的な」という反対の意味です。
× The contract is not exclusive for one partner.

○ The contract is nonexclusive.

契約では、否定文より nonexclusive を使うのが自然です。また、exclusive for one partner という言い方も不自然です。
