「息苦しさ」の英語

「息苦しさ」は英語で shortness of breath と言います。運動後に「息が切れた」と言うなら be out of breath、症状名としては breathlessness も使えます。

運動後の息切れから医療上の症状まで表せる名詞ですが、shortness of breath よりやや硬めです。
