「雇用契約」の英語
「雇用契約」は英語で employment contract と言います。employment agreement もよく使われ、どちらも雇用に関する契約や合意を指します。一般に contract は契約関係を、agreement は当事者間の合意を表しますが、実際には重なる場面が多くあります。
