質権者
「質権者」の英語
「質権者」は英語で pledgee と言います。契約書や法律文書では pledgee が標準的です。pledge taker は意味は通じますが、pledgee ほど一般的な法律用語ではありません。

質権を設定する物を受け取る者という意味は通じますが、法律文書では pledgee のほうが一般的です。

担保権を有する者を指す、ビジネスや担保取引で使われるやや広い表現です。質権者を指せる場合もありますが、pledgee と完全な同義語ではありません。
