「相違」の英語

「相違」を英語にするときのよくある間違い

二つのものの違いには通常 between を使います。
× The dissimilarity was found in the receipt.
○ A discrepancy was found on the receipt.
記録や数値、明細などの食い違いには discrepancy が自然で、receipt上の内容には on the receipt を使います。
