濃縮する
「濃縮する」の英語
「濃縮する」は英語で concentrate と言います。食品や液体の濃度を高める一般的な表現で、実験で遠心分離して濃縮する場合は centrifuge が専門的です。なお、concentrate on は「集中する」という意味です。

concentrate on は「～に集中する」という意味です。液体の濃度を高める場合は、目的語を直接続けて concentrate the juice と言います。
× We centrifuged the sample for separate the cells.
○ We centrifuged the sample to separate the cells.
目的を表す場合は for の後に動詞の原形を置かず、to do の形を使います。
