「入札競争」の英語
「入札競争」は英語で competitive bidding と言います。複数の企業や業者が入札書を提出し、その条件を比較して契約先を決める手続きです。公共工事や企業間の契約でよく使われます。

入札書を競わせて契約先を決める、最も一般的で正式な表現です。
bid competition
複数の入札者の間で行われる競争に焦点を当てる表現です。competitive bidding より使われる範囲はやや限られます。
意味は通じますが、正式な調達の場面では competitive bidding より一般的でない説明的な表現です。
