「伝導性失語」の英語
「伝導性失語」は英語で conduction aphasia と言います。脳卒中などで生じる言語障害を指す医学用語で、会話の理解は比較的保たれる一方、言葉の復唱が難しい状態を表します。

語源
conduction aphasiaは、言語野間の情報伝達（conduction）が障害されることを示す英語の用詞と、言語障害を意味するギリシャ語由来のaphasiaが組み合わさって生じた医学用語
