示談金
「示談金」の英語
「示談金」は英語で settlement と言います。settlement payment や settlement amount は、示談で実際に支払われる金額をより具体的に表す表現です。hush money は相手を黙らせるための「口止め料」で、通常の示談金とは異なります。
