浸透剤
「浸透剤」の英語
「浸透剤」は英語で wetting agent と言います。液体を表面に広げ、濡れ性や浸透性を高める添加剤を指すのが一般的です。多孔質素材への含浸処理に使う薬剤は、saturant と呼ばれることがあります。

液体の濡れ広がりを高める場合は wetting agent が一般的です。

目的を表す場合は for ではなく to help とするのが自然です。
