× The speech was not record.
○ The speech was unrecorded.
recordは名詞にも動詞にもなりますが、形容詞にはunrecordedを使います。
× The information is unrecorded in the newspaper.

まだ報道されていないという意味なら、unrecordedではなくunreportedを使います。
