集団療法
「集団療法」の英語
「集団療法」は英語で group therapy と言います。複数の人が専門家の支援を受けながら取り組む心理療法を指し、医療やカウンセリングの場で使われます。個人療法は individual therapy と言います。

語源
group therapyは、group（集団）とtherapy（治療）という語の結合で、therapyはギリシャ語therapeia「世話・治療」からフランス語やラテン語を経て英語に入り「治療行為」を指すようになったことから来ている。
