「推定相続人」の英語
「推定相続人」は英語で heir presumptive と言います。現時点では相続が見込まれますが、より優先される相続人が現れるとその地位を失う可能性があります。これに対し、出生などによって地位を覆されない相続人は heir apparent と呼ばれます。
