合意条項

「合意条項」の英語

「合意条項」は英語で terms of the agreement と言います。個々の条項を指す場合は provisions of the agreement、より硬い法律用語では articles of agreement も使われます。一般的な契約条件を表すなら terms of the agreement が自然です。
