「絶滅の危機」の英語

「絶滅の危機」は英語で at risk of extinction と言います。動物や植物が絶滅しそうな状態を表す自然な表現です。endangered は「絶滅危惧の」という形容詞で、endangerment は危険にさらす行為や状態を指す名詞です。

法律や報道で頻出し、child endangermentやreckless endangermentのように誰かを危険にさらす行為や結果を指す表現として使われる。
