「接点」の英語
「接点」は英語で electrical contact と言います。電気回路では electrical contact、ビジネスの連絡窓口では point of contact、数学で曲線などが接する点では point of tangency が自然です。

electrical contactは、形容詞electrical（電気の）と名詞contact（触れること）から成る複合語で、contactはラテン語contactusを経て「触れること」の意味で入ったため電気的に触れる部分を指す

「連絡を取る」という意味の make contact は通常、contact の前に a を付けません。より一般的には get in touch with the customer も使えます。
