共感覚
「共感覚」の英語
「共感覚」は英語で synesthesia と言います。音や文字などの刺激によって、別の感覚が自動的に引き起こされる現象を指します。音を聞いたときに色を感じるタイプは colored hearing と説明できますが、専門用語では chromesthesia とも言います。synaesthesia は主にイギリス英語のつづりです。
