「ユーモアの感覚」の英語
「ユーモアの感覚」は英語で sense of humor と言います。ユーモアのある人やそのセンスなら sense of humor、ユーモアそのものなら humor、発言や内容が面白いなら日常的には funny（やや硬めなら humorous）が自然です。humorousness は意味は通じますが、かなり硬く、一般にはあまり使いません。

語源
humorousnessは、形容詞humorous（ユーモアのある）に名詞化の接尾辞-nessが付いて「ユーモアの感覚」の意味になった語で、humorousはさらにラテン語humor（液、気分）から転じた。
