× The song is musically interesting.
○ The song is musicologically interesting.
musically は「音楽的に」「音楽の面で」という意味で、音楽学の観点から論じることは表しません。ただし、musically interesting 自体も正しい表現なので、音楽学的な意味を伝えたい場合に使い分けます。
