「同調する」の英語
「同調する」は英語で agree with と言います。人や意見に賛成する一般的な表現です。誰かの味方をして一方の側につく場合は take someone's side と言います。

× I took his opinion.
take someone's side は「その人の味方をする」という意味です。人の意見に同意する場合は agree with someone's opinion と言います。
× I agree his side.
○ I agree with his opinion.
agree の後に人や意見を続けるときは、通常 with が必要です。
