間接免疫蛍光法

「間接免疫蛍光法」の英語

「間接免疫蛍光法」は英語で indirect immunofluorescence と言います。一次抗体と蛍光標識二次抗体を使う二段階の検査法で、抗核抗体の検出などに用いられます。専門分野ではこの表現をそのまま使うのが一般的です。
